over 500 years (Brazilian,Portuguese, Mughal & Hindu).
The
staple diet of a Goan consists of fish & rice, which are in
abundance in this fertile land. Goa is situated in the south of
India, not far from Mumbai (Bombay).
Goan
cooking is an exotic mix of eastern & western cuisine. Goans value
their food as much as they do their afternoon siesta!
Our
dishes are prepared from only the finest ingredients, selected
from specialist shops, and hand picked on the day of your order.You
can choose from a variety of dishes.

Vegetable Kodi: Mixed veggies (seasonal) prepared with
fresh garlic, garam masala, tomatoes and coriander.
Chonia Mosalo: Chick peas prepared with a selection of spices.
MEATS
Xacuti:
Goan curry made with chicken and aromatic spices.
Vindalho: The original Goan curry prepared with authentic
spices. Please note this is not the hot version available in this country.
Baffad: Marinated meat prepared in a spicy sauce.
SEA FOOD

Dry Shrimp Kodi: Prepared with coconut milk, garlic, onions and
spices.
King Prawn & Pepper Mosalo: A delicate preparation of fresh
spices with a rich creamy texture.

You receive 3 dishes and 1 Rice with each booking as
standard.
Sufficient
food for all your guests,plus any surplus food will be left for
you to enjoy the next day!
Meals
will be prepared as authentic Goan dishes or can be adapted to
suit individual taste with, for instance, no garlic/chillies,
less onion, vegan, dairy free.
