Your Personal Chef is Bosco Santimano. He comes originally from a small village in South Goa (India). He studied Commerce & Economics in Bombay (Mumbai) and later joined a cruise ship and travelled the world until he arrived in Peebles, Scotland in 2002.

He has worked in the catering industry in London, Pitlochry and Edinburgh.

Bosco also offers cookery classes tailored to suit individuals or groups in the comfort of your home, or at venues across the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh & Lothian.
